Came here to try the bun Bo hue & it was very tasty however I was disappointed to not see a piece of the pork bone in my soup. It's a very mild spice level soup but flavorful. I hope their other dishes are good as I would love to try it next time. For the people who whine about service - dude it's a small mom and pop shop - Asian restaurants you go for food not the red carpet treatment. Hahaha so as long as the place is clean and the food is good that's all you need.

I was contemplating between four and five stars but the amount of brain space this bowl of noods takes up in my mind makes it deserving of five. I found this place after watching a YouTube video and I haven't been the same since. The bun Bo hue is incomparable to any competition- the broth is clean yet flavorful with all the right elements. The noodles and chewy and the veggies add the perfect crunch. I especially love the pork (? Or is it duck?) blood, the silkiness is amazing. You can ask for extra ($3 for 8 pieces, it's kinda worth tbh). Service isn't the best (don't expect quick water refills) but the food does come out pretty quickly and the food itself makes it so worth. Come early before the lunch rush!

Not a huge menu but each item is done well. I mainly love that they open later than a lot of other similar type restaurants in the area. Even late at night you'll find it's quite busy. - Objectively their most popular dish seems to be the Bun Bo Hue which I also like minus the pork blood. Normally I eat pork blood but I find the texture of the pork blood here to be too squishy. Lots of meat in it! Not spicy either. - Pho Ga: Good and would recommend There always just seems to be one person doing everything so getting your order taken can be a while but the food comes out quick after that. I also always go up to the counter to pay or else it would take a while to see my bill.

Five stars! The food here is absolutely delicious. The owner said her menu is small because she will only sell items where she knows she can deliver high quality and taste. Bun Rieu. Crab noodle soup with delicious meat balls tomato based bursting with flavors. Grade: A Bun Bo Hue. Pork spicy soup with a generous portion of beef slices, blood cubes, and pork knuckle. Grade: A Nem Nuong. Grilled pork spring rolls. Absolutely delicious with a delectable peanut based sauce. Grade A Bun with fillet minon. Amazing delicious and fresh. Grade A All dishes here are amazing. Service is spectacular. The environment t is welcoming.

I came here super in early in the morning before I had to drive for a trip. I was extremely happy that they opened up in the morning because there were no other places that were open during that time. Pho Ga 4/5 - I loved the noodles that they first provide. They automatically provided the dish with banh tuoi or fresh flat pho noodles; and usually, other restaurants only provide it if requested so I thought that this was a great surprise. The broth was good and they did not skimp out on any of the ingredients. Bun Bo Hue 4/5 - I also really liked this dish as well since they provided with a lot of ingredients in the soup such as meats and pork blood. We also requested for this BBH to have pho noodles instead which you can do since my gf loves the way this combo is more than the original noodles. I wish the broth was a little more rich tasting but other than that it was a good breakfast meal. Goi Cuon 5/5 - You can't go wrong with a simple fresh shrimp spring roll with your orders of pho so I had to get it. Like with everything, it was also not small and well sized with tons of vegetables in it. Vietnamese Coffee 5/5 - Also really good if you need a little boost of energy in your day. I would recommend to let the ice melt so it's not as strong if you do not like that. Overall, I would come to this place again for its time convenience and dishes. Service was a little slow but that is because there were only 2 servers at the time. The open early for breakfast for those that would like to have asian food in the morning or if you're going on a trip somewhere.

Located in a plaza with a small parking lot. Indoor and outdoor seating available. They have a small menu so everything is perfected and delicious! Service is typical Asian fast and efficient, no frills. All of the soups are lighter and very flavorful. The noodle texture is silky and fresh. Pho Ga is solid, kid friendly also. Bun Rieu did not skimp on crab flavor. BBH was good, mild spice and the standout oddly is the smooth pork blood! Highly recommend this spot!

Several of my friends have mentioned this place as being super legit and having really good bun bo hue. A group of us decided to visit after a late night workout to try it out ourselves. This restaurant is located in a pretty busy plaza where the parking lot is super tiny. It gets incredibly crowded during the day, so I usually park on the street and walk over. We came an hour or so before closing and sat at their outdoor table. Workers were super nice, taking all of our orders and bringing the food in a very timely manner. I ordered the bun bo hue ($14.99) without any big blood. Huge bowl of noodles with a ton of meat inside. It's supposed to be on the spicy side, but I felt like the spice level wasn't bad at all - maybe very mild. I really enjoyed the noodles and the depth of the broth. I don't know if it's the best bun bo hue I've had, but it was solid. There was way too much, so I ended up finishing the rest the next day. I was also able to try the bun rieu ($14.99). I think I'll probably order this the next time I come. I enjoyed the tomato soup and the different ingredients inside the dish. As for the drinks, I ordered the special Vietnamese iced coffee ($5.80) for the next day. The drink was pretty strong and flavorful - glad there was ice because by the next day, the ice had melted so the coffee wasn't as strong as it was that night. tl;dr - will definitely come back to try some other dishes!
